Although we are not certified gluten-free, we source ingredients to be free of gluten, soy, and GMOs.

Many of our products contain Coconut and Shea which are tree nuts. Avoid if you are allergic to tree nuts.

We take great care to thoroughly clean and sanitize our equpiment after evey batch and inbetween different formulations to avoid contact with other essentail oils. However, since our equipment is also used to create products that contain different essential oils, if you are allergic to lemongrass, ginger, eucalyptus, birch, peppermint, or lavender we recommend speaking with your health care provider prior to use.

Wholistyka is not liable for any reaction to any particular ingredient . Discontinue use if irratation occurs.

To ensure care is placed into each order, online orders have a processing time of 1-4 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding all major holidays.Orders are unable to be changed or canceled once processed.

After a package is shipped we are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, or events outside our control.

We're proud to offer hemp derived CBD topical products that comply with the agricultural act of 2018, which legalized hemp products containing no more than 0.3% THC at the federal level.

However, CBD regulations can vary from state to state. Because of these differences, we are currently unable to ship our CBD topical products to certain US states. If an order is placed from a location where shipping restrictions apply, the order will not be processed, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued. We continually monitor regulatory changes and may update our shipping policies. We encourage customers to review their local regulations.  

It is the customers responsibility to know the regulations regarding hemp product shipping to their own state. We are not responsible for restrictions that may apply.

We do not ship items internationally.

Our offerings are handmade in small batches with care. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns and issue refunds.
