Shipping policy

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Due to varying state and local regulations governing the sale and distribution of Hemp Derived Topical CBD products, we may not ship to all 50 US states. While our hemp derived CBD topicals containing no more than .3% THC is fedarally legal under the Agriculteral Improvement Act of 2018, certain states maintain additional restrictions that may limit the sale or shipment of topical CBD products. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that purchase and receipt of CBD topical products is compliant with all applicable local laws in their state. We reserve the right to restrict or refuse shipment of CBD topical products to any state where such products are restricted.
