  1. INTENTION

Before begining, pause and reflect “ what am I ready to release”. Place one hand over the heart and belly. Take one slow inhale and exhale. Silently set an intention for your daily practice:“ I am open to relief, alignment, and restoration”

2.BREATHE

Breathe in the grounding . Close your eyes, inhale slowly allowing the body to receive. Exhale fully signaling release, safety, and relaxation. 

3.ANOINT

Slowly scan the body for areas  that are tense, heavy, or filled with worry.Apply to areas that are calling for attention:

  • Joints, muscles, areas of pain.
  • Neck, shoulders, lower back , or areas of worry that feel heavy.
  • Chest or heart space for grounding.
  • Feet to reconnect to the earth
  • Over chakras for energetic balance
  • Areas that are dry

4. LISTEN & GROUND

PRODUCT LIFE

Our products are crafted using plant based ingredients and contain no synthetic preservatives. Due to its natural formulation slight variation in texture, color and aromatics may occur and do not affect product quality.

The best by date is located on the bottom of the jar . This date indicates when the balm is at peak quality. We recommend that it is used within 6-12 months of opening. Proper storage in cool dry place and out of sunlight is recommended. Can be refrigerated for extended preservation.
