Open and inhale the calming aromatics. Apply a liberal amount on desired area. Adjust frequency as needed. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Keep in a cool area out of sunlight.

*After each use we recommend wiping off any excess balm on the plastic applicator and recap with plastic inner lid .

We take great care to thoroughly clean and sanitize our equpiment after evey batch and inbetween different formulations to avoid contact with other essentail oils. However, since our equipment is also used to create products that contain different essential oils. NYRTURE acts as  an invitation to slow down, to listen inward, and tend to yourself with intention. When used as a sel-care ritual, it becomes a bridge- connecting physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.

RITUAL

RITUAL

  1. INTENTION

Before opening the balm, pause and reflect “ what am I ready to release”. Place one hand over the heart and belly. Take one slow inhale and exhale. Silently set an intention for your daily practice:“ I am open to relief, alignment, and restoration”

2.BREATHE

Breathe in the bright aromatics of the balm. Close your eyes, inhale slowly allowing the body to receive. Exhale fully signaling release, safety, and relaxation. 

3.ANOINT

Slowly scan the body for areas  that are tense, heavy, or filled with worry. Apply to areas that are calling for attention:

  • Joints, muscles, areas of soreness.
  • Neck, shoulders, lower back , or areas of tension or worry
  • Chest for grounding
  • Feet for connecting to the earth
  • Over chakras for energetic balance

4. LISTEN & GROUND

Bring your awareness to where the balm was applied. Notice sensations and feelings with grace and without judgement. As you rest, imagine peace flowing into your body like soft light. Feel stability, safety and support. 

5.GRADITUDE

PRODUCT LIFE

Our products are crafted using plant based ingredients, and contain no synthetic preservatives. Due to its natural formulation, slight variation in texture, color and aromatics may occur, and do not affect product quality.

The best by date is located on the bottom of tube . This date indicates when the balm is at peak quality and potency. We recommend that it is used within 12 months of opening. Proper storage in cool dry place and out of sunlight is recommended.

RETURN POLICY

Our offerings are handmade in small batches with care. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns and issue refunds.

At Wholistyka, sustainablity begins at the source. We choose ingredients with intention- gathered responsibly, grown with care, and selected to honor both the earth and the hands that nurture it.

Our twist up roll-on tubes were selected with eco-friendly intentions. The outer tube is made from 100 % biodegradable cardboard, and while the inner twist up component is still plastic, it uses less plastic then your typical roll-on.

We also preserve our balm in the Eco friendly option of Miron glass. Miron glass is a special type of dark violet glass designed for high level protection of natural products . It blocks UV light that can damge ingredients,and slows down oxidation. Keeping products fresher for longer periods of time and preserving the potency of active ingredients.

HAWAIIAN BEESWAX

We use certified organic beeswax sustainably harvested from Waimea, Hawaii where its fragrant aroma, and purity are carefully preserved. Beeswax is natures shield for the skin . Harvested from honey bees, this golden ingredient is high in vitamin A, fatty acids, esters and is naturally antibacterial making it a power house of nutrients for the skin that helps nourish, repair, and restore .

LAVENDER

Lavender is a botanical expression of balance. Known for its medicinal and aromatic qualities it belongs to the lamlaceae family and is naturally composed of the benificial compounds linalool and linatyl acetate . Creating a sweet aroma that interacts with the central nervous sytem to reduce stress and improve sleep. Due to its natural anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properites lavender is effective at supporting skin and soothing irratation. It embodies a quiet strength that nurtures both body and mind.

We only use pure organic lavender essential oil in our NYRTURE Balm .

CERTIFIED ORGANIC HEMP EXTRACT

Crafted from sustainable farming, we use USDA certified organic  full spectrum hemp extract sourced from Kentucky that is extracted without the use of chemicals using  a process called subcritical CO2. This ensures that the potency, and purity of the hemp extract is maintained while eliminating impurities. Using  Full spectrum whole plant extract  containing CBD, CBG, minor cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids and less than 0.3 % THC. These compounds work in concert together synergistically through the “Entourage Effect”, enhancing each other's effects for optimal benefits.
